How to reset your Password

In order to access your account, you must know both the email address and password that you use to sign in to your Microsoft account. This solution will walk you through several options for recovering your account password.

Important If you’ve forgotten both your account email address and your password, you should follow the steps to retrieve your email address first, and then follow the steps to reset your password.
